When Dr. Oakes isn't practicing dentistry or attending Continuing Education classes, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends, sporting events and travelling. Dr. Oakes is an avid Duck fan and doesn’t miss a game. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon in 1993 then later graduated from Oregon Health and Sciences University with a doctorate in Dentistry. Being a longtime lover of the Pacific NW, Dr. Oakes decided to build his practice in Vancouver, WA in the late 90’s where he has been practicing ever since.
